Yes. Products, customers, suppliers, open orders and stock move with you. We map your data together before anything is switched on, so you can check it in core40 first.
How long does moving over take?
That depends on how much you run through your current system. We plan it with you per part, for example products first, then buying, then wholesale, so the business keeps running while you move.
Do we have to change how we work?
No. core40 follows the way a fashion company already works: styles with colours and sizes, seasons, delivery windows and price lists per customer. The screens stay fully editable, so you decide how much you hand over to the agents.
Can we keep our webshop?
Yes. core40 connects to your Shopify store, so products, stock and orders stay in sync without retyping.
What happens to our history?
Order and invoice history can be brought along, so customer records and reports do not start from zero.
Who helps us during the move?
We do. The move is done together with our team, from the first data check until your people work in core40 every day.
What does “agentic” mean in core40?
Agents prepare the work: a reorder, a new product, a price change. You see the proposal with its reasoning and approve, change or decline it. Nothing goes out without you.
Can we still edit everything ourselves?
Yes. Every screen is a normal, fully editable ERP screen. The agents work on top of it, they do not replace it.
How do we know where a value comes from?
Every value an agent fills in shows its source, such as the purchase order, the supplier sheet or an earlier season, and stays editable.
Does core40 learn from our choices?
Yes. What you accept, change or decline, and why, is remembered and used the next time a similar proposal is made.
Can we build our own apps?
Yes. Apps let you cover what is specific to your company on top of core40, without custom work in the ERP itself.
Is core40 suited to large catalogues?
Yes. It is built for brands with tens of thousands of products, and for single-brand and multi-brand companies.
How is core40 priced?
You pay a subscription per month or per year. AI usage is charged separately as prepaid credits, so you always know what you spend.
What are AI credits?
Credits pay for the work the agents do. You buy them in advance and see per task what was used.
Can we switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Get in touch and we change your plan from the next billing period.
Is our data separated from other customers?
Yes. Each organisation’s data is isolated in the database itself, not only in the application.
Who can see what in our organisation?
You invite people, give each of them a role and can take access away at any time.
